Email addresses provided at the time of purchase are added to the distribution list for our Newsletter. The Newsletter informs customers of new releases, of software problems or other issues regarding our products. If you want to remove an email address from that list simply send us an email, using the email address that you want removed, to support@drilldraw.com and describe your request.

LaPiSoft inc. Refund policy:

All LaPiSoft inc. software is available in a free trial version. This trial version allows you to evaluate the software before you decide to purchase. Once you decide to purchase, you receive an Access Code which removes the trial version restrictions. Access Codes are sent to the email address that was specified at purchase time. In most cases the code is sent within a few seconds of your purchase.
After you have purchased the software and we have sent you an Access Code, the sale is final and ther is no refund is the code was used. If we receive notification of your request for refund before the Access Code is used for the first time, we will gladly refund your full purchase price. This will be done by crediting the credit card that was originally used for purchase, or by check if the purchase was made by check.
